Priority Areas 2025-2027

Priority areas in community health focus on key issues that significantly impact the well-being of populations. These often include access to healthcare, prevention of chronic diseases, mental health support, health equity, and addressing social determinants of health. By concentrating resources and efforts on these areas, communities aim to improve health outcomes, reduce disparities, and enhance overall quality of life for our residents.
