Healthy Carroll Vital Signs

Healthy Carroll Vital Signs TM are measures of health (health indicators) associated with the improvement goals and strategies outlined in the Community Benefit and Health Improvement Plan for Carroll County, MD. This Plan is collaboratively led by Carroll Hospital with The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County and the Carroll County Health Department.
